NOTE:  This service is free for customers who have purchased a non-accident vehicle through Get Car Auto Ltd.  A small fee will be charged for orders if you have not purchased a vehicle through our company.

If your vehicle was purchased through us but damaged at the time of auction, the FOB fee will be 85,000 JPY.  That is to say, there is no discount FOB fee for damaged vehicles if the customer requires us to help source and/or buy parts.  A considerable amount of extra work is required on our part for such cases and this is not included in our standard service fee.

We are a member of several parts networks and can also find used spares on Yahoo auctions (the equivalent of Ebay in Japan). There is a branch of virtually every Japanese car maker within a 5 minute drive of our office, including a Toyota parts depot.
